Horrible experience. No one knew the closing date. Got the address of property wrong. Calculated taxes incorrectly. All checks at Closing were incorrect.

Title source has no sense of urgency. Their reps are rude when you ask for status. They never keep their word. They just keep you hanging for weeks. Stay away. Tell your bank you will not work with Title Source. You have other options
Sloppy work. I was the seller, and they were $25,000 off on the documents. They listed the original mortgage amount, not the payoff amount. Then, they failed to submit the proper paperwork to the county so that the deed could be recorded. This caused a week's delay. Not recommended.
